Pseudocode modeling tool

A software able to produce source code and documentation from simple models

Envision - Agile Pseudocode Development Tool speeds up planning and application modeling. It is an Eclipse plugin dedicated to developers that would like to use pseudocode as a form of brainstorming and documentation.

Envision - Agile Pseudocode Development Tool is able to generate different source code in a second, try to install it in one click!

Envision - Agile Pseudocode Development Tool is able to export pseudocode to Java, pseudocode to JavaScript, pseudocode to ActionScript, pseudocode to PHP and pseudocode to haXe with a very simple user interface completely integrated into Eclipse.

The tool helps decrease the gap between developers and non-technical guys on a project, so you can make sure that the software will match the customers expectations. In order to make the modeling phase of a project compelling, we tried avoiding any formality (e.g. UML rules and syntax) and left as much liberty as possible in a way models can be created. Many developers find modeling and planning time wasting, however, with Envision Agile Pseudocode Development Tool you can export a model in your preferred programming language. Envision Agile Pseudocode Development Tool makes each planning phase output a useful blueprint, which can be used later for coding and documenting.

Agile models are more effective than traditional models because they key is that they don't have to be complete but just good enough to move on.

In traditional software development the modeling phase is time consuming and implies formalisms like UML that represent one of the anti-agile patterns.

A key point of agile modeling is to create a model with pairs and when possible to create more than one model in parallel; a model has to be understandable as much as possible from all the stakeholders involved in the project.

Envision Agile Pseudocode Development tool it's not an UML editor, the way you model is totally different because you have a tree and the information needed are less strict and formal than UML.

The plugin let you to model very quickly, share and discuss the model (there is a discussion node in the tree and everything is XML bases) and generate pseudocode and source code… using the plugin modeling will start to be even more useful because you have immediately source code and comments.

Use it with your favorite Eclipse IDE:

Aptana, ColdFusion Builder, Flash Builder, Lotus Notes Designer, Titanium Studio, Zend Studio, Pulse, MyEclipse
